Who is YCZS Skin care products?
YCZS Skin care products is an official re-seller of the brand [comfort zone]. YCZS Skin care products (formerly known as Your [comfort zone] Shop) is owned by Room for Beauty, located in The Hague, The Netherlands.
How can I reach you?
YCZS Skin care products is opened from Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 am -5:30 pm, Friday until 12:00 pm.

I have a complaint. What can I do?
Under the terms of the foundation Webshop Certification we have a complaints procedure: Complaints about the performance of the contract (delivery, information, discounts) must be submitted to us fully and clearly defined within 14 days upon receiving your order.
This can be done by email: info@yczs.eu or by telephone: +31 (0)70 - 33 55 177.
The complaints submitted to us will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a longer processing time is foreseen, a complaint is answered within 14 days by us with a message of receipt and an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer. A complaint about a product, a service or the service of us can also be submitted via a complaint form from the website of the Webshop Certification: www.keurmerk.info. The complaint is then sent both to us and to the Webshop Certification. If the complaint cannot be solved in joint consultation, a dispute arises that is susceptible to the Dispute Resolution (Dutch: Geschillenregeling).
Ordering
How can I be sure that my order went through?
Your order is successful when you've received an order confirmation to the e-mail address you supplied. Your order will be sent after your payment is recieved. Unless you pay cash on delivery (COD payments are only possible within the Netherlands).
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order; please send us an email immediately with your cancellation request. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount within 14 days. If your order has already been sent, then you should return the package to us. The return postage is your responsibility. My order is a gift.
How nice that you have chosen a [comfort zone] product as a gift! Please note it in the comments box when you order. Your order will be wrapped in gift paper and the invoice/packing slip will not be included in the package.
Ordering samples
Free samples: How it works
Sample Sets are available as a personal choice, free when ordering your products. Most of the products have samples sachets available. These are presented in a set with a number of sachets under the name of the system. Sometimes a set consists of only one or two sachets. We provide these liberally so you can feel free to get to know all the wonderful [comfort zone] our products. The sample-set does not always contain all the products in a system or line. In the shop you will find information which sachets are in a set. You can not order from this information, this opportunity you get at the end of your order. On this page you will find an overview of all available samples.
How do I order free samples?
- At the end of your order you will see a button with a drop down box where you can select your choice of samples.- You can order the same number of sample sets as the number of products you have ordered.- Your choice of sample-sets can contain only various samples sets.- If you can not or do not want to choose, we can do that for you. You can also specify in the comments field, for example the products you are interested in. .
I do not want to receive any samples with my order
During the checkout of your order, you will come across a dropdown box where you can choose your samples. Here you can also select the "No samples" option.
Payment
How can I pay for my order directly on the website?
At YCZS Skin care products you can make your payments in a secured payment environment with Ideal, SOFORT banking, Bancontact/Mister Cash, GIROPAY, PayPal or Credit Card. Payment to YCZS Skin care products are secured by a so called SSL connection to the international payment platform Cardgate. Through this special connection, your payments are maximum secured en the protection of your privacy is guaranteed.
Payment through iDEAL (for Rabobank, ABN Amro, ING and SNS account), gives you the opportunity of immediate payment of your order through Internet banking.
For PayPal payments you can open a free account on the PayPal website. Payments made via PayPal's secure payment, trusted by guaranteed protection for buyers.
For payment by Mastercard, Maestro or Visa, YCZS Skin care products concluded a special 3-D Secure contract. Payments made via MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, the most fraud-proof and secure way to pay.
Can I transfer the amount myself?
Yes, you can also choose to use a personal bank transfer for your payment. The payment should be made to:

As soon as your payment is received, we will start processing your order.
Can I postpay?
Yes, that is possible, though ONLY WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS. Not for international orders. For subsequent payment we use the cash on delivery service of PostNL. You pay the invoice amount to the deliveryman of PostNL. This service is, as opposed to the other shipping/payment methods, not for free. When you choose this shipping method the extra amount will automatically be added to your order at the cost amount.
Why is my credit card payment declined?
Credit card payments can be refused for various reasons. Has your credit card has expired? Have you entered the correct information? The correct CVC code? If the problem persists, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Is VAT included in the price?
For both domestic and overseas orders is the Dutch VAT rate of 21% included in price shown on the website.

What are the shipping costs?
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We or the delivery service will send you an e-mail message when the order is on its way. You can then follow the order through track & trace.
When will I receive my order?
Within The Netherlands orders are after payment delivered in 2 to 4 working days.
Within the European Union orders are after payment delivered in 3 to 6 working days.
Outside the European Union it may take more time from order to delivery.
In the event of force majeure situations (such as strikes, natural disasters, etc.) we bring you up to date on the progress and the estimated delay. In the holiday periods (July-August and December) there may be a small delay, which has to do with supplies from abroad.
You can always follow packages sent outside the European Union through the track & trace number we send you.
Can I follow and trace my order?
Yes, you can. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace number, to follow your order online.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
You will receive a track & trace code by e-mail, to follow your order. If here the package is listed as ' delivered’, but you still have not received anything, please get in touch with the delivery service. A common situation is that your package may be delivered at the neighbours. The delivery man will always leave a message in your mailbox.
Can my order be delivered to a PO box?
No, unfortunately it cannot. Your order can only be delivered to a physical address.
Returning your order
How can I return my order?
Your return is subject to the following conditions:
- Place the tightly sealed products in a sturdy cardboard packaging;
- Add the completed return form. Download the return form here.(LINK NOG INVOEGEN)
- Use ample dry fill material in the packaging to protect the product;
- Send the package to the following address:

- The sender should be clearly stated on the package.
after shipment we receive from you by e-mail the Trace Code of the package's Track & Trace, so that we can track the package. Please send this e-mail to: info@yczs.eu;
- If your return shipment en route from you to YCZS Skin care products went missing or damaged you are responsible. Therefore, we strongly advise you to return to the package insured;
- You will receive message when your package has been received by us.
What is your the return policy?
When purchasing our products you have the option to terminate the contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day of receipt of the product. During this period you must treat the product and its packaging with ultimate care. You should only unpack the product to the extent necessary in order to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
PLEASE NOTE: Broken seals, pots, tubes, bottles, opened and/or damaged packaging cannot be returned. If you should use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging, in accordance to reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.
When using your right of withdrawal you will receive a refund of the entire purchase amount plus any shipping costs within 14 days of a correct return reception of the products. The shipping of your returned goods are for your own account. For full refund of the purchase price you need to send to us the return postage prepaid. If your return shipment en route from you to YCZS Skin care products is lost or damaged, you are responsible. Therefore, we strongly advise you to return the goods by insured mail.

How does YCZS Skin care products handle my customer data?
